These introductory, month-to-month, discount packages are suitable for first-time organizational and/or professional clients who want to "test the waters" of coaching, without a long-term commitment. All discounts are off the standard hourly coaching rate for organizations/corporations. Note: Non Profits and small businesses with five employees or less receive additional discounted rates not listed below. Contact Marcel to discuss rates.

• Option A:  Two 1-Hour sessions     ($25.00 discount)

• Option B:  Three 1-Hour sessions   ($50.00 discount)

• Option C:  Four 1-Hour sessions     ($75.00 discount)

Includes unlimited email and Skype support--convenient, brief and when you need it + a FREE PeopleMap Personality Type questionnaire, and pertinent tools/resources. • Option D:  Two 1-Hour sessions per month   ($50.00 discount)

• Option E:  Three 1-Hour sessions per month   ($75.00 discount)

The "Coach on Call" Package gives you a 42% discount off the total standard hourly rate value.  It includes:

• Four 1-hour sessions per month.
• Client may call the Coach at any time from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday for "spot calls" as needed between sessions. Spot calls are quick 5-10 minute calls you can make anytime to share a win, bounce an idea, ask for perspective or troubleshoot an obstacle.
• Unlimited e-mail or Skype chat support to enhance coaching sessions.
• Free PeopleMap Personality Type Questionnaire (Value: $40.00).
• Free tools and exercises.
• Two 45 minute free coaching sessions for business owners or associates.
