Standard Hourly Rate  (Telephone, Skype  or Face-to-Face)

 

The standard hourly coaching rate for individuals is $150/hour. To save considerably more, discount packages for multiple sessions are available below, including couples packages.

Starter Package (Telephone, Skype  or Face-to-Face)

 

These pay-as-you-go options are suitable for first-time clients who want to "test the waters" of coaching without investing in a long-term commitment. Sessions can be paid in two installments by check. The discount rates are off the standard hourly coaching rate of $150.00. Each session is one-hour long.

Unlimited 30-Day  Packages (Telephone, Skype or Face-to-Face) - best value!

 

This is Marcel's most outrageous offering. Get up to five sessions per month + unlimited email coaching support when you need it, on the go. Also text or Instant Message your coach during the day as an extra feature. Payment is due at the start of each month. Package includes: 

  • Up to five 1-hour sessions as needed. You decide how many you want.
  • Unlimited email support to enhance sessions -- convenient, brief and when you need it to troubleshoot an issue, ask for perspective, problem-solve or share a win. All e-mails are answered on the same day.
  • Text or "Instant Message" your Coach through Skype anytime during regular business hours (EST) for quick on-the-go support.
  • Free worksheets, assessments, and other pertinent tools, exercises and resources. 
Unlimited Coaching per Month

 

Individual Monthly Packages (Telephone, Skype or Face-to-Face) - best value!

 

These packages are discounted from the standard hourly rate and is very popular for individuals seeking long-term growth and accountability. Payment is due at the start of each month. You MUST complete the full monthly cycle of your choice to fulfill your client agreement.

 Couples Coaching Package (Telephone, Skype or Face-to-Face) - best value!

 

This pay-as-you-go couples package is suited for couples who are married and looking for a fresh start, dating couples investigating the possibility of marriage, or any couple looking to elevate their standards and bring life back into their relationships! Packages are discounted heavily for two people, and can be used as needed (individually or together). Optional per request: PREPARE/ENRICH assessment tool and coaching.

If you're more comfortable with receiving written communication and feedback at your own pace, from anywhere while on the go, then this is your package. Intended for those who prefer to visually process and retain information. Stay connected with your life coach and get on target with your goals, troubleshoot obstacles, create a plan of action, manage a tough transition or get perspective on a new challenge. Sliding Scale 

 

If you're out of work, or in a job transition, Marcel offers a sliding scale only intended for individuals on financial hardship who cannot afford the monthly packages. Multiple sessions are discounted even more. Choose one below. All sessions are 30-40 minutes long.
